Fertility LifeLines
SDFC is proud to partner with Fertility LifeLines to offer the Compassionate Care program that gives patients access to free medication. Insurance Coverage
Before your first visit, our new-patient coordinator will collect your insurance information so that we can check and confirm your insurance benefits. At your first appointment, our insurance specialist will help you navigate the complicated world of insurance coverage, meet with you to review your benefits, and make sure that you take full advantage of them.
Single-Cycle Packages
We have designed several fee-for-service packages to meet our patients' diverse needs. We bundle our services into a global package so our patients know exactly what the treatment will cost. By purchasing a discounted package prior to the beginning of the cycle, patients avoid extra costs involved with paying for individual services.
Multi-Cycle Packages
In addition to our single-cycle IVF packages, we also offer multi-cycle packages. Like the single-cycle packages, these packages are offered at a significantly discounted rate, but patients purchase multiple cycles at a time. Options for two and three IVF cycles enable the patient to complete a second or third cycle if the first IVF cycle is unsuccessful.
Success Guarantee Plan
We believe in the principle of mutual commitment and want to be your partner in achieving pregnancy success. Because we stand behind our outstanding clinical expertise and pregnancy success statistics, we offer a risk sharing financial plan called the Success Guarantee Plan. If you do not achieve a live birth after completing a Success Guarantee cycle, you will be reimbursed up to 100 percent of the cycle fee.
Egg-Donor Cycle Fees
We also offer our Success Guarantee Plan to patients using an egg donor. As with the standard IVF plan, we want to be your partner in achieving our shared goal of pregnancy success. If you do not achieve a live birth after completing a Success Guarantee cycle, you will be reimbursed up to 100 percent of the cycle fee.
