Superior fertility care and superior pregnancy success rates start with superior infertility specialists but do not stop there.  San Diego Fertility Center values a team approach.  Our belief is that a group of qualified individuals working together towards a common cause is able to achieve far more than those individuals working separately. 

We have formed a collaborative, supportive team of professionals that communicates frequently with the goal of providing the best care for each patient.  Formal daily team conferences are held where each patient is discussed.  Valued input from nurses who interact with the patient daily, embryologist who are intimate with the daily developments of the embryos in the lab, and physicians with years of experience is melded into treatment plan recommendations. Patients are intimately involved.  The team provides them with the recommendations and rational so that each person can direct their own care accordingly.
