FERTILITY OPTIONS SEMINAR:

In our continued commitment to community education, SDFC is proud to offer our monthly Fertility Options Informational Seminars! Typically held the last Wednesday or Thursday of each month, please join us at 6:00pm at our clinics for this FREE, physician-led, no obligation, informational seminar.

These have been very popular events in the past, so you are encouraged to register as seating is limited. Our team of physicians rotate monthly to present an easy to follow medical presentation with the latest medical information about infertility and your fertility options.

During the seminar you will learn about:

• When you should seek treatment
• What specific tests are needed
• Commonly used medications
• A general overview on IUI and IVF
• SDFC Costs associated with treatment
• Community resources that are available

The presentation will also touch briefly on egg donation and surrogacy.

After the physician-led short presentation, we will take questions from the audience and each physician will stay after the seminar should you wish to ask a direct question. We will have several members of our team on hand that evening to give tours of our clinic, lab and surgery center; as well as members of our Clinical and Financial Teams will be available to answer questions.

As a thank you for attending our Fertility Options seminar, you will be given a certificate entitling you to schedule and return for an in-depth one-on-one private consultation with one of our physicians and ultrasound which is valued at $500 – completely complementary and with no obligation. Our scheduling desk will be available to you on that seminar evening to schedule your return appointment.
